For my Canadian/EU friends - What I don’t understand is why a shift away from the US would not mean higher self dependence and making yourself a superpower? Why does it automatically mean that you must run into the arms of a consolidated dictatorship that is on russia’s side & will envelop you?
For my American friends - the perspective on china is shifting in europe. The change is palpable. Europeans are asking themselves and each other "How exactly is china worse than the current US?" And they struggle finding definitive answers.
