For an economist you're pretty dumb.

Medicare for ALL would save much more than that!

And you know who the BIG winners would be?

WALMART.

FORD.

TARGET.

Employers, who would be relieved of the COST and administrative burden of dealing with a complex and corrupt system.
With healthier employees.
Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.

IMO the UCP incompetence is just a cover for their corruption

#ableg #abpoli #Alberta
The entire UCP government is blatantly “incompetent”. Incompetent of fixing issues they have created, incompetent of respecting us, incompetent of being accountable & also incompetent of being truthful.

Voila!Listen to your own words!

To sum it up- Danielle Smith & her government are incompetent.
WOW!

Smith really is rattled about recall!

Despite the gofundme myth being debunked & even unions making it clear they aren’t organizing anything, Smith announced that she’s looking at ways to make recall rules less accessible!

You know, the recall rules she just re-wrote

THIS needs wider circulation.

MUCH WIDER.

While it is NOT perfect (so what is?) it's reasonably accurate.

Or ... just a tiny fraction of the TAXES JEFF BEZOS EVADED with the help of big accounting firms.

If you're a partner at one of the BIG FOUR, have you EVER considered how YOUR efforts destroy YOUR country?

No, I guess you don't really want to know, do you?
Or most of you don't care?

Someone on the left FINALLY developing a "Canadian" attitude.

We're NICE .... until we have had enough.

And then? We're really, REALLY NOT.

As Bruce Banner says ...

THIS.

A really good example of "unexpected results".

@mark-carney.bsky.social should build the TRANS CANADA HIGHWAY to four lanes across the country - and put electric vehicle (including truck!) charging infrastructure along the route.

The payback would be far greater than you might think ...
A little thought about Carney's big projects

Years ago in the UK my dad was out of work
The government of the time decided to build the Thames barrier. It was panned as a make-work boondoggle
But it employed my dad and paid the bills
& has saved London countless times

And I was looking forward to the World Cup.
I haven't followed football (soccer) much since I stopped going to TFC during Covid, but I had been looking forward to seeing the world's best play.
But I won't watch now ... Trump corrupts EVERYTHING (although to be fair FIFA didn't need ANY help).

I have a very foggy memory but we Albertans promised to never piss away an energy boom again. But we did. So now our elected mutts have this pipe dream of another energy boom. While they piss away the last one. Now maybe Albertans need to learn the definition of insanity. I doubt it. Too brain dead

For over 5 years, Marjorie Taylor Greene was one of the people in Congress most disliked by Democrats.

No death threats.

It was only when she turned on Donald Trump that she got death threats.

Just like Senators only received threats of violence after they wavered on Trump's cabinet nominations.

"Enjoy the best EVs today?"
Not if you live in @mark-carney.bsky.social's CANADA, where you CANNOT AFFORD TO BUY THEM.

Only TWO VW models are available to us, the BUZZ and the ID.4 ... which starts at a SIXTY PERCENT PREMIUM to the most affordable VW model (the Jetta, according to Copilot).
so far in November, there are 4 ICE vehicles left in the Dutch Top 15 all cars 🇳🇱🇳🇱🇳🇱
⚡️⚡️⚡️

imagine if Germans or French drivers liked EVs and their Top 15 would look like this!!!

Is anyone else fed up with how utterly TERRIBLE Google Search has become?

I wanted to know what VW models were being sold in Canada (specifically EVs). I had to go to CoPilot to get the info, Google gave me a full screen of intentional ads.

Do you remember ALL the movies where the Secret Service are the "good guys"? Or the FBI? Or the CIA?

How do they not know?
THEY are ALL either incredibly incompetent or ...

THEY ARE COMPLICIT.

Imagine being willing to take a bullet for someone you KNOW is a pedophile ...

What does THAT make YOU?

This is filmed in a 3rd-world banana republic dictatorship.
North Carolina, specifically.
Are you GREAT yet?
A US citizen filmed federal agents smashing his car window, as authorities begin a surge of immigration enforcement operations in North Carolina.

The Honduran-born Charlotte resident filed a police report after the officers let him go.

The BIG problem with geothermal energy is ...

... it doesn't make the OIL EXECUTIVES rich, while it provides a future career path for the people who do the skilled but dirty jobs of drilling.

That's not a win-win for BIG OIL, so Traitor Smith can't support it.

If they DO, could they please LOAN it to the people of ALBERTA?

(And maybe Ontario, as well ...)
Well I personally find it comical that Americans scream and yell at a president that’s a complete scum of the earth person instead of screaming and yelling at themselves for electing such person and his tribe of scum of the earth people. DOES ANYONE HAVE A MIRROR FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE???

I will say that polygraphs are mostly "junk science".
As is handwriting analysis.
It only trips up amateurs.
Polygraphs cannot detect true psychopaths, who can lie with absolute credibility ... that is in fact, a signature characteristic of the psychopath.
What Bongino does here is address this story by going after this Daily Mail headline. But this story was broken by ProPublica, and it said that Bongino was able to skip the polygraph portion of the background check, which was highly unusual. He chooses not to respond to that.

They are all "elites". The ones that the rest of us - INCLUDING MAGA - hate ... and SHOULD BE HATING.

The ones that don't pay tax.
The ones that think your 15yo daughter is a "plaything".
The ones that have 8-figure wealth.
The ones that are destroying the IDEA of America.
Seriously, what is wrong with these people?

The IEA is starting to look like an arm of the oil&gas lobby.
So is the US government.

And hey, @mark-carney.bsky.social ....

It is NOT a good look, and like fascism those that practice it WILL be remembered.

In case it was not clear.
@rarohde.bsky.social:

“Yeah, the IEA thinks wind and solar will only be 12-16% of energy by 2050.

That's the same IEA that consistently, laughably unpredicted solar growth in every forecast they've issued for the last 15 years.

They really don't have much credibility in this context.”
