Doesn’t right about now seem ripe for a new counterculture movement to take shape? People are pissed off at the way society is running but there’s no music to tell the story like the 60s civil rights and hippie eras. Nothing that resembles early hip hop + punk where you cheered calling out systems.

Fun fact: everytime I hear Don’t fear the reaper by Blue Oyster Cult I’m transfixed and sent to another timeline. That’s easily one my top 20 greatest songs.

He and I are 14 years apart so while we are indeed brothers, his was more like a really cool uncle. Took me to my first Mariners game. Came to my 1st album release party. Was the 1st to show up at my 21st bday. Unfortunately covid took him from us. HBD big bro.

Help me out. Is Tanzania pronounced Tan-Zuh-Nee-Uh or Tan-Zayn-Yuh? I have ALWAYS pronounced it Tan-Zuh-Nee-Uh but I heard someone pronounce it the other way like 8 times and it’s been on my mind since.
