Ok, everyone, what book is sacred enough to you to get sworn in on?
Strange takes on Mayor Zamdani swearing his oath on the Qu’ran. It has nothing to do with church & state. The point of the oath is for the person swearing in to do so upon some text that is sacred TO THEM. Some Presidents swore in w/o any book. John Quincy Adams was sworn on a law book. His choice.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s final print edition is today. The 157-year-old newspaper, once the most important news outlet in the South with a massive circulation of 720,000 subscribers, is going all digital. Their article about it is paywalled, which seems like a missed opportunity.
As the final AJC editions are printed, an era of local news ends
For 157 years, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and its parent publications have produced a printed newspaper. That ends today. The AJC will be all-digital tomorrow.

I wish humans could communicate with dogs better so they know we're not giving them our treats with chocolate because we love them and don't want them to die or something.
