I cannot regulate the temp in here. The temps dropped but the heater made it too hot 🥵 it’s 84° in here. It’ll drop back down it is 56° outside.

When I say I have NEVER spent a coin going to see a movie two days in a row in two different formats. Yeah the streets needed this 💀

I know this isn’t the point of this post but this reminds me of how badly our country needs dental insurance reform lol. Like far too many have horrible coverage for those who need more than preventative care. The out of pocket expenses end up being a deterrent, unfortunately.

back extensions, steps ups or cable variations for upper glutes ! and then KAS glute bridges, sumo squats, and b stance rdls or bulgarian split squats. i’ve been doing like a variation of those for leg days. oh and then do either stair master or incline treadmill after…you’ll be amazed😌
