Clarity achieved! The mandate—for PUBLIC access not open access per se—DOES apply to NEH but NOT to books. Full details about NEH’s public access plans here: www.neh.gov/publicaccess. Also it’s a green OA plan—something SUNY P already allows for journal articles & edited vol chaps.

BMW outpaced Tesla in European electric vehicle sales for the first time ever in July, putting them in the No 1 slot. There’s some evidence the change is in part down to environmentally-conscious buyers put off by Musk’s endorsement of climate-denier, Trump.
