Big win for privacy rights! A federal court just temporarily blocked the Department of Education and OPM from sharing sensitive personal data with the DOGE.

This decision is an important step in protecting workers, veterans, and students from unauthorized data access.
Breaking news! The court just issued us a TRO in our lawsuit against Elon Musk's DOGE, so that they stop taking the private data of American citizens from the Department of Ed and OPM. More to come.
