Last time I checked, the President/Commander-in-Chief/National Command Authority could REQUEST national guard assets from a governor. When did activation authority become an exclusive "Presidential Right?" Am I missing something?!?

Re: the Signal debacle - has anyone asked where SecDef was physically located when 'real-time' mission info was relayed? If anybody needed that kind of detail, shouldn't they be in a command post / SCIF ?

Who is the Administrator or Secretary of "U.S. DOGE Services Administration." By who's authority is DOGE taking any action at all? Did it happen that "Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper," to the President exclusively?

When federal workers were "walked out" of their offices, who walked them out? And, if it was 'security' personnel, whose insignia were on the uniforms, what badges did they display? Were Metro Police involved, or U.S. Marshals?

This question is probably moot in this administration, but, if a US Federal Judge finds someone, say Elon Musk, in contempt of court, can the Judge issue an arrest warrant, and which law enforcement body would be tasked to serve the warrant and make the arrest?

Read a post about a court in Berlin that just ruled against leon muskrat. Seems they believe X must allow researchers access to the platform regarding a digital security law and Germany's upcoming election. For some reason, election influencing (interference) is suspected. Go figure!

Been away from Blue for a while. Checked out my fav news source, followed up w/ some click bait, then watched some HM movies w/ My Lady. I'm not a seeker of the genre, but it helps me keep my sanity.
