The problem is most people lack the capacity to, or won’t, play the tape forward to its logical end. Actions have consequences.
📽️ WATCH: Oklahoma has spent years reshaping public schools to integrate lessons about Jesus and encourage pride in America’s history.

So in one courtroom the DOJ is arguing that a sandwich thrown into an armor-wearing officer is a forcible assault while simultaneously in another courtroom DOJ says tackling protestors or shooting them in the head with less lethal munitions does not count as use of force. One rule for thee...

How many people are willing to risk everything for our democracy? Personally, I think we have to bring them to their knees financially to have any impact. Which probably means significant financial discomfort and risk for everyone.
The old rulebook is gone. It's not coming back and we all need to accept that. The DOJ is weaponized. the GOP is rigging elections. Trump is literally bulldozing the White House.

Democrats need to operate under this new reality, fight hard, and play by the same rules.

A protest alone doesn’t. But it builds the movement that does.
A protest by itself doesn't fix things, but neither does doing nothing. I have to do what I can, when I can, and today that means marching and chanting and showing that there are millions of us across the country who oppose this administration #nokings #nokingsportland

It will be interesting to see who in the Trump sphere ends up on trial at The Hague. His pardons will be meaningless there.

Really curious how all those white supremacist peppers running around the Idaho mountains are going to feel about a bunch of Qataris invading their space.

Started listening to the Federalist Papers on Libre Vox during my commute. About the only time I can really focus on it. Very interesting and very relevant to current events.

What’s the left’s version of the Heritage Foundation? And why don’t we have one?

Here’s how to resolve this government shut down thing. Air traffic controllers go on strike. Close the skies. Longshoremen go in strike. Close the ports. Any other unions that want can join in. Then they tell congress to grow the fuck up and start working for America again.

Nice thoughts, but I haven’t seen any discussion of how that could actually be done.
Blue States provide between 60-80 percent of federal taxes....Trump doesn't want to assist with federal funds....STARVE THEM OUT....

Iran can’t match the US militarily, so they will engage in asymmetrical warfare. A good starting point would be drone swarms into any of these refineries. www.eia.gov/energyexplai...

I used to think this. But we’ve moved from the rhetorical “Cold War” era of it into something
vastly more dangerous.
Sometimes I think the “this is just a distraction” crowd just can’t handle the chaos, and that’s their way of cooping.

But this is our reality. All of it. We don’t get to pick one crisis at a time.

Walk and chew gum.

The irony is they’re validating CRT more and more everyday.

As I scroll through my morning feed, I’m reflecting on the number of bloggers and dependent journalists trying (rightfully) to be compensated for their work. How do people decide which ones to financially support?
