LLMs are nothing more than models of the distribution of the word forms in their training data, with weights modified by post-training to produce somewhat different distributions. Unless your use case requires a model of a distribution of word forms in text, indeed, they suck and aren't useful.

AI (LLMs) aren't trustworthy and lending credence to them will absolutely be weaponized in exactly this way.

All of the media fluffing around AI and their inability to be critical for even a second has led to this. There will be more.

Oh, and as for "your phone being compromised": I recommend turning off Apple Intelligence and anything branded "Copilot", as "AI" features can scrape data and use it in surprising ways. If you use Android, disable the keyboard feature that saves "transcripts of what you say and type" "on the device"

There is no easy, out of the box way to get zone areas both with and without plaster area in #Archicad. You could achieve it by modeling the plaster walls as separate simple walls and setting them up to reduce the room area.

There is no out of the box example in #Archicad for a wall finish schedule per room. You often end up manually entering materials in the zone stamp or otherwise duplicating the information you already have represented in the boundary walls.
