The article mentions expanding remote access to court hearings, which is a good idea. But states like Rhode Island should also ban ICE’s civil arrests at courthouses (they don’t usually have a criminal arrest warrant because immigration violations aren’t crimes). michiganadvance.com/briefs/michi...
