Yes this is a process but I’m afraid if this was any other manager his team selection, lack of ability to change tactics & what seems lack of motivation & confidence in players would be hugely in question. I trust his track record at Elfsborg & I agree he needs 2/3 transfer windows 1/2

Aberdeen City Council wants people to do more walking, cycling and use public transport rather than cars. The streets today - TEN days after the snow arrived - are like skating rinks and there’s not been a gritting lorry near them. It’s ridiculous!
