Fired up the new wok my wife got me last evening. Cooked some pork & shiitake mushroom egg rolls and Mongolian Beef. Damned fine meal if I do say so myself! I'll lay off the dried chilies a bit next time however. 🍽

Literally nothing surprises me anymore, except the fact that no one has actually removed/exiled/unalived the root cause of the multitude of issues that plague our nation. I don't know where, when, or how it'll all stop. But I'd rather stand up and fight than lay down & submit.
