I really hope historians can look back on Jimmy Carter's presidential legacy as a success, instead of a failure:
Energy, expansion of national parks, CREATED the Dept of Ed, bolstered Soc Sec, appointed record numbers of women, blacks, and Hispanics to Government jobs.
