Okay, so what I’m struggling with is: if ICE is murdering people, and this is sanctioned, then how come the US is letting this happen? Did they not learn anything from the WWll and why not? Why do they still think they are immune to a despot?

The way I'm used to doing heat waves is being really bored then maybe doing 1 or 2 useful things or only slightly interesting dull hobby things... Keeping everything low key.

I've gone out and moved things and hopefully preserved their lives for a bit longer.
Cut a big bunch of herbs to bring inside because they're likely to burn up in the garden.
Also moved some old cane furniture & stuff but I reckon will either combust or crumble to dust in the heat
