Exposure in Gaza is just as much a weapon as starvation or the bombs themselves. Winter rain and cold is approaching to a population with no shelter, electricity, running water, or food. Palestinians will continue to die at the hands of Israel even if another bullet is never fired.

Critically endangered and one of the few fragrant hibiscus species— Hibiscus arnottianus subsp. immaculatus(or kokiʻo keʻokeʻo in Hawaiian) is a total stunner and blooming for the first time in my collection(maybe 3+ years?). It’s only found on the island of Molokai.

Chicago is a great example of how to prevent military takeover of your city. They parked plows and city vehicles to prevent ice trucks from moving freely, they instructed local law enforcement to not cooperate, and they took to the media to say no. Still no LA-style invasion yet.
