Literally when will they get the point. Senate dems are so short sighted they are going to give more money to the agents who will eventually arrest them too.

The body cameras they demand will record their own detention— only to end up on a White House social media feed.
The Senate is scheduled to take the first procedural vote on a funding package including DHS funding tomorrow.

Let me be clear: Until ICE is properly reined in and overhauled, the DHS funding bill won’t have the votes to pass the Senate.

This moment can be boiled down to post-9/11 fanaticism over “national security”. A bullshit term used by the govt to take what they want from you, your neighbors, and from other nations. That is the question we must ask ourselves now— is that something we want to perpetuate?

Literally only the democrats would mobilize the national guard to further police anti-ICE protestors. Obviously the solution to public opposition to overbearing law enforcement presence is more law enforcement.

Every day the democrats fumble harder than I thought possible.

I started stranger things in my high school best friends basement before I could drive and I just started the newest/final season in my 33yo best friends home that she owns. A wild experience.

I don’t open Facebook often because meta is such an abhorrent corporation— but to that point, when I do open it, it’s full of AI generated conservative propaganda slop. These are suggested to me in my feed I did not seek a single one out or even go to the reels section this was in my feed.

They let civilians return to Gaza only to bomb them again “immediately” with no warning or evacuations.

The only people who still insist this is not genocide are the perpetrators.

Blue state liberals love to shit on red states for electing republicans and then turn around and elect the WORST democrats imaginable.

It’s the Democratic Governor of California spouting nonsense about trans folks while the Governor of Kentucky is vetoing anti trans legislation.

Honestly tear the whole thing down at this point
Demolition crews have begun tearing down part of the White House to build President Trump’s long-desired ballroom — despite his pledge that construction of the $250 million addition wouldn’t “interfere” with the existing building. https://wapo.st/4hl7jyF

Wild coincidence that every video of an ICE agent tackling someone involves them pulling their neck gator up and over their face somewhere between the first yells for attention that alert them they are on camera and before they place their hands on someone’s neck.

Exposure in Gaza is just as much a weapon as starvation or the bombs themselves. Winter rain and cold is approaching to a population with no shelter, electricity, running water, or food. Palestinians will continue to die at the hands of Israel even if another bullet is never fired.

I get frustrated that white tailed deer eat my plants… then today my friend posted photos of her newly planted aspen trees in her high elevation garden in Colorado and instead of deer MOOSE snapped them in half

Critically endangered and one of the few fragrant hibiscus species— Hibiscus arnottianus subsp. immaculatus(or kokiʻo keʻokeʻo in Hawaiian) is a total stunner and blooming for the first time in my collection(maybe 3+ years?). It’s only found on the island of Molokai.

Chicago is a great example of how to prevent military takeover of your city. They parked plows and city vehicles to prevent ice trucks from moving freely, they instructed local law enforcement to not cooperate, and they took to the media to say no. Still no LA-style invasion yet.

Whomever Democrat succeeds this administration better be prepared to fire every Trump appointee and utilize the bureaucracy in the same manor the Trump Administration fought so hard in court to do.
Breaking news: The Supreme Court cleared the way for President Donald Trump to fire the sole remaining Democrat on the Federal Trade Commission, the latest victory in his aggressive push to exert greater control over the federal bureaucracy.

The justices overturned a lower court injunction that reinstated Rebecca Slaughter to her job with the agency that oversees antitrust and consumer protection issues.

While I think we always knew Trump would fuck with the Epstein files it is truly astonishing to hear the DOJ say it and to have revealed Pam Bondi lied about the missing minute.

The coverup really does go all the way to the top from the Palm Beach Sheriff to the President of the United States.

I think the reason Wesley Bell grinds my gears so much is because if you knew him before 2024 you’d know that he is full of bullshit. AIPAC bucks ascribed him a new set of policy positions. Once the Cori Bush to Bob McCullough’s Lacy Clay, now is no more than a cog in the system he swore to change.

It’s hard to view Texas House Democrats return as anything other than capitulation. Two weeks?? and now they signed police documents for escorts to prevent them leaving again? You signed your own arrest warrant for admittance to a prison of your own construction.
