The hardest part about this reisistance to the rising dictatorship, is that while our democracy is being dismantled, I am trying to decide if I can thwart the evil orange man wearing shit-smelling Musk, by changing my phone brand.

I am embarrassed and ashamed of my country. I am also scared as we slide into an isolationist country. On day one, Trump picked fights with 4 of our allies/friends. What can come of fighting with your immediate neighbors and friends?

My 5 cents…

The courts have already said Trump has not been completely compliant with the funding freeze blocks. It seems there are no repercussions for Trump if he does not comply. So what now?
With deep respect for the process, I don’t think it will work to prevent the dismantling of our democracy. The congress right is not blocking anything, the courts and US marshals authority have been called into question by Vance and Trump and what is our move once Trump refuses? Do we got anything?!

It feels as though, all the functions of everyday life as we have known it, is a very long bridge and the new powers that be, are dismantling the bridge screw by screw. While it seems to be still stable, it will eventually come crashing down. Then chaos ensues as we fight for resources.

I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.

I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt.

But it’s the only way for tariffs to be seen for what they are

The FAA is facing a major crisis without a leader because Elon Musk pushed him out

As of today I am fully divested in Facebook. I invested the day they went public and held until he became a Trump yes man. I would have preferred to keep my investment, but couldn’t justify it any longer. Mr. Zuckerberg, I really am disappointed in you.
