Am I missing something here? Tama Potaka has announced that the government is providing motor homes for the displaced due to flooding. But the majority of those persons are inaccessible due to roading being out. How are these motorhomes going to get to those that need it?

Went into hospital early this morning to get what I thought was an ultrasound in preparation for a cortisone shot. But it was a twofer.
Felt great after.. for all of 5 minutes but now feel like both legs are incased in concrete. No pain though so that’s a plus.

So drove to Wellington yesterday in horrendous weather for eye appointment this morning. Just step out the door to go to the hospital & get a txt to say they’ve cancelled the appointment because Dr is sick. Another fruitless trip for nothing & at a time when I can least afford the extra expense. Grr

Have to go back down to Wellington for my eye specialist appointment (on the correct date) so have been organising Murray’s meals & babysitter. Realised I haven’t picked up essential meds for us both so have to do extra trip into town.

Had a buyer for my cross stitch that offered me $2000 USD, I literally cried with relief at what I could achieve with that amount. After the point of providing all bank details etc, Ive heard nothing. So I’m going to have to put my girl back up for sale. I need as much as possible. Please RT. #nzpol
