Ever since recorded music attained fidelity on-par with live performances, it could be argued that nobody "needs" to learn to play an instrument.
But luckily we decided the world is a better place when we teach each other how to play instruments so we still do it.
I feel the same about writing.

This is good news. And no, poor families do NOT have to have Netflix to access Sesame Street. Netflix will release episodes to PBS the *same day* they drop on Netflix, which is significantly better than the prior deal with HBO, which delayed episodes for 9 MONTHS before porting them over to PBS.

I experience quite a horrible amount of shame at the fact that I am hopelessly less intelligent than so many people, yet I also do nothing the assuage these feelings, like perhaps, not doomscroll for hours. Curious. I blame communism
