Trying to imagine the ☀️ in Mexico today to give me some warmth and comfort.
I’m thankful to the many people that have continued to advocate for Liam and his dad to make this happen. And am also heartbroken at how many others were taken from their families. 💔
Yesterday, five-year-old Liam and his dad Adrian were released from Dilley detention center. I picked them up last night and escorted them back to Minnesota this morning.
Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

Well, we did it! We conquered that challenge and ordered 11 times on Saturdays this fall and earned an 80% off coupon and $100 in DoorDash credits. Apparently several times I deserved morning donuts as a treat for the long work week. 🫠
