I'm so happy with the direction of travel of my stream right now. And with my personal life as well tbh.

I've stopped impulse eating so much due to boredom/depression. I look and feel healthier. I've lost weight. I'm less stressed/anxious. I feel the best I've felt since I first started streaming.

Dont update Windows 11. Microsoft has broken shit....AGAIN!
The January 2026 Windows 11 security update (KB5074109) is causing critical, widespread issues, including failure to boot, "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" errors, and black screens. Affecting 24H2 and 25H2 versions, the bug prevents systems from starting, with some users unable to use their PCs. Emergency, out-of-band updates have not fully resolved these issues.
