Taco McFuckFace didn’t like the way Mark Carney talked about him yesterday, and doesn’t think we’re “grateful“ enough. The Fugly drama queen also said that the only reason Canada lives is because of the United States. Time to prove that sniffling orange bitch wrong eh.🇨🇦💪

Trump’s speech at Davos reveals he has a 10-year-old’s understanding of world affairs. He actually just told EU leaders (including Germany), “Without us you’d all be speaking German.”

These conservative political pundits that have been criticizing Carney for being “elbows down” are now worried that standing up to the bullies is too risky. Miss me with that BS! Appeasement won’t work and they know it. It’s been a year of shifting goalposts & tantrums ffs!

Canadian PM Carney’s speech at Davos reportedly received a standing ovation.

The speech marked the end of an era.

It will no doubt be looked to as part of the historical record of the end of the transatlantic rules-based international order.

Think of PM Carney’s speech today at Davos.
Now, imagine Poilievre in his place. He would have made Trump look brilliant, and Canada look spineless.

I don’t get how the polls are tied here in Canada. What PM Carney has accomplished in a short time, the worldwide respect he has, that speech today.
Can you imagine where Canada would be at under a PM Poilievre? He would be presenting Trump with a made up peace prize.
Wake up.

Coming off big canola win for Saskatchewan in China.

Remarkable how quickly Carney has managed to bring the premiers of Canada's 2 largest oil-producing—and most conservative—provinces onside (AB MOU the other example) after decade of deepening animosity.

Carney has also shown you can deal with Trump without all the flattery and grovelling.
Mark Carney is a fantastic demonstration of why having a coherent political and economic worldview is so important for a politician.

When you encounter something out of the scope of what you’ve previously experienced, you can derive your approach from first principles.

and why it is.

They even claimed he was an enemy of democracy as he saved the economy from post-Brexit meltdown.

It’s clear who’s won that debate now.

It always was.
