Extremely niche couple costume idea.
Science will often take you to unexpected and delightful places. In this study, researchers hypothesized that riders in a crowded subway car would be more likely to offer their seat to a pregnant person if there were someone in the subway car dressed as Batman 🧪🦇

Reading Kimmy by @badambulist.bsky.social, and the disgust and terror I felt at [spoilers!] the introduction of Patrick hit me like a fucking truck. I knew more or less what was coming because I have read a a book or three, and the content warning.

Recently started trying nail polish. I've gotten the occasional compliment from women.

Quick dirty 🧵 on where we get the idea of transsexual types and why we should care—

I think these typologies are based on a REAL DIFFERENCE: the ways society *reacts* to different presentations of transness, which it then tries to naturalize.

I'm still in research phases but let's break it down

every day there are new horrors for gender-marginalized people and women--trump going after the equal credit opportunity act, loss of body autonomy, exterminationist anti-trans attacks ramping up--and every single day we have to talk about "male loneliness" and "it's a brutal time to be a young man"
