Border politics is much more than border security or immigration when it comes to the US-México border. Underlining all the rhetoric behind the border is the global geopolitics that ultimately drive the American, Canadian and Mexico governments to act.
US-México relationship is not only important for both country's economy, but also because the historical connection between the two neighbors makes them dependent on each other. Neither country can stand alone without the other, not withstanding the divisive rhetoric. #usmexico #lafires
