On April 14, 2022 #Chihuahua governors María Campos Galván & #Texas Greg Abbott signed MOU where #Mexico agreed to build 20-story #surveillance tower tracking people & vehicles across Chihuahua to border. #Facialrecognition of US citizens. It is expected to be completed next year. #bordersecurity
