Hallmark had been doing so well with the Black woman CEO... we had Mahogany films and holiday movies with Black and Asian leads. Now we're back to mostly vanilla casts. All the new Hallmark movies for January & February are ⚪ leads only + all 2025 holiday films only had TWO films with Black leads.
Yeah, it sounds like she's back for the money only. She clearly aligns with GAF but the Hallmark movies are more lucrative. I like actors who stayed with Hallmark because they actually stand up for and with the LGBTQIA+ community and support diversity in the movies. (which still needs to improve)

I thought with The CW airing #WildCards S3 with a three week delay behind Canada then having an additional delay of airing 3x03 two weeks after 3x02 that we'd be way behind the Canadian airings. But it looks like CBC aired the first four eps then took a month break. 🤪 #Ellimax #tvsky #romcom
