My sweet baby Tigerlily has a couple vet appointments on Monday, one with an internist and one with a cardiologist. There is lymphatic fluid building up in his chest around his lungs and it’s unclear why. He seems perfectly happy and normal. 😢🧡

Today’s excitement that was entirely my fault: Gull believes that any open door is his to walk through, and so he darted into my neighbor’s apartment this morning without her knowledge, and she locked up and left. I didn’t realize he was in there for several hours.

Did they change cough drops in the last decade or so? I used to suck them down like candy when I had a cough or sore throat as a kid, and now I can handle like 3 minutes before I put it back in the wrapper for later.

So far covid is acting like a typical respiratory thing and has moved up to my sinuses. I’m allowing myself 1-3 doses of afrin as a treat.

Genuine question, what bad things that trump is doing will stop when he’s done? We’ll have a less ridiculous person doing the same evil policies, only much easier to ignore. The hellscape didn’t start with him and I can’t imagine it even slowing down.
