Saw a trans person get their passport sent to them slashes and burned with the documents they submitted (birth certificate, name change document, and doctor's document denoting their gender change) shredded. If you don't think it's bad out there, it is.

i feel like one of my biggest pet peeves with younger generations (including younger millennials like myself) is the overuse and misuse of therapy speak. not everyone who does something selfish is a narcissist. not everyone who lies is gaslighting. these words have very specific meanings.

Really hate how *the discourse* on the local formerly lesbian now turned all variety queer app is that cis men should be welcome with open arms even as they lecherously hornypost about craving trans and bi girls and our discomfort w it is "problematic". Sapphics really can't have anything, huh?

Finally did it -- Deactivated all Meta services and deleted their apps from my phone. I will miss some of my friends who I inevitably will lose contact with by not having that form of social media, but I refuse to allow Meta my personal data, especially in light of their policy changes.

Also as a life update from my time away from FB:
- I'm straight-edge/sober as of my 33rd birthday and don't miss it at all.
- Started a new psoriasis medication and my skin is so much better now.
- Social life is kinda down the tubes because I work graveyard shift.
- But I am making art more.
- I'm straight-edge/sober as of my 33rd birthday and don't miss it at all.
