met with an old friend at the pool today & mentioned all this to him.
His response? "Yeah I guess, but i bet that Brooklyn guy is also a bit of a dick." which segued *immediately* into "people seem to be too quick to split up their fmailies over the smallest of things!"

The 1st Edition was an important book for me in understanding the discursive circuits that are used in recycling forms of damage/trauma/noise into resilience & capital in contemporary media spheres, esp w.r.t the online economy of Wellness discourse.
