I am not exaggerating when I say ICE functions as a terrorist organization in the Twin Cities. The goal seems to be to harass and frighten people (the ones who are lucky enough to not be abducted, at least) and it's deeply unsettling when you learn they're in your neighborhood.

I've heard others say it and I'm really feeling it too. We should definitely embrace the American flag as part of the resistance to fascism and the authoritarian government. It must stand as a symbol of decency and democracy, not what the GOP is trying to rebrand it as.

He wasn’t taken to the hospital because he wasn’t hit. Simple conservation of momentum tells us a 200 lb man doesn’t stand a chance of staying upright when hit by a half ton vehicle going 1 mph, because that 200 lb man would be moved at 7.3 ft/s away from the vehicle.
