It's not uncommong for young people to decide they want to shorten a name, say "David" to "Dave" or "Alexandra" to "Alex"
Are we now going to say the latter isn't allowed, because Alex might not be feminine enough?

Arms custom cut in 18mm ply. In retrospect, I should have ordered the cut-outs a few mm wider, but a bit of sanding fixed that.
