If Trump’s federal spending freeze goes through at 5 p.m. today, Americans who use the following programs could bear the costs:
—Medicaid
—School breakfast/lunch programs
—State grants for child care
—Head Start
—The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children
