I once was a police officer, the first thing we were taught was, officers are responsible for their actions!
Secondly we were instructed not to put ourselves in front of a motor vehicle either in front or behind it. Always approach from the side.

For near a year ICE secret police have been thugs, stopping vehicles, breaking vehicle windows, jerking drivers from their vehicles slamming them to the street, placing knee on their heads, placing them in cuffs then throwing them into vans and hauling them off.

Yesterday our worst fear happened when officers from ICE not trained to do police work, pulled his sidearm and fired it at a fleeing car which was passing him, not going toward him. According to HLS Secretary said last spring, was dragged by a vehicle. This agent should not have been placed here.
