On multiple occasions during the Cold War, the fate of all humanity hinged on individuals like Vasili Arkhipov and Stanislav Petrov choosing to do the right thing. Given similarly awesome responsibilities, our leaders have done the exact wrong thing on every issue, from Gaza to Epstein. Not ideal.

it's a vocal minority compared to how many people like tangle and whisper, but there really are some people out there who are sooooo mad that the idw comics are canon. how can you be a *SONIC* fan of all things and lose your mind over a thing you don't like being canon. that's part of the deal

Welcome to Derry might be the stupidest show currently on TV? I guess I don't watch enough TV to fully make that claim, but I don't feel like I'm off. The scare scenes for this episode were really weak, especially compared to the last few and we focused more on the stupid military plot with this one

The most recent episode of The Chair Company is a 28 minute panic attack. Some of the wildest shit I've seen happen in a show and the ending pretty much killed me.

Blood has been playing tomb raider since got the remaster(evil) for free
And it's so fascinating how it feels more complex to engage with than what the action/platformer etc 3d games have amalgamated into.
Really makes one think about how computer games exist out of restricting what you can do.
