The only argument of the "an invasion of Venezuela could never succeed" hardliners is that the rhetoric in the US is similar to the rhetoric in 2002. I think that people here mostly just don't want Trump to win a political victory by doing it

Outlandish claims of LLM productivity boosts are based on gains in quality metrics that measure only activities they can reasonably do. It's like trying to prove in 1920 that e.g airplanes will reshape all human economic activity by pointing at consistent gains in aerodynamics or fuel efficiency

my prediction from the beginning was that Alan Garcia (Mamdani) would win and have a weak mayorship. Picking a fight with the federal government + mass rent control is prolly going to be bad for NYC. Hes a marvelous speaking talent just like Garcia but also like A.G that cant overcome a bad economy
