I feel like I'm probably shooting myself in the foot with my stance on AI in the current job market, but I don't want any part in making something 'AI first'. The notion that games might one day be made be predominantly written, designed, or crafted by AI is genuinely sickening to me.

I think one of the reasons why I'm still an big Xbox fan today is that this is the very first thing I saw when I turned on the OG Xbox back in 2002. It made the death of the Dreamcast feel more like the vibes just moved to another box.
