25-minute video by Nukeledge walking through the wave of A.I. slop VGM “remixes”

We’ll stay over here with real music created by real musicians.

A.I. music doesn’t involve real skill or development.

So I went to buy a Sata drive to upgrade & WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY'RE $1000? So they just STOPPED making them at the exact same time Ram prices spiked? I'm not even complaining, that's like cartoonishly evil. Can't upgrade old tech, can't buy a new PC. That's just how it is on this bitch of an Earth.
Dug out the original computer I used to start Youtube & resurrected it with linux mint. She won't be rendering any 8K videos any time soon, but it runs god damn it. At some point windows 10 just destroyed it, so I'm looking forward to turning it into a time capsule just in case. A monument to 2015.

Fuck you people. Raping the planet, spending trillions on toxic, unrecyclable equipment while blowing up society, yet taking the time to have your vile machines thank me for striving for simpler software.

Just fuck you. Fuck you all.

I can't remember the last time I was this angry.

I miss when the OS was a self-contained tool rather than an internet service. We had to manually configure the date and time, which was a small trade off in exchange for the independence.

Allow me to connect some dots for you:

Too much of the world currently relies for its basic functions on resources which must be continuously extracted. You burn that oil one time and oops, now you need more.

Geopolitical horrors are, in fact, one of the reasons we need to move to renewables ASAP.

Everyone is saying Bazzite this and Cachy that. But no one's saying Arch this, and Fedora that.

I don't want a comprehensive and detailed end for Digital Circus, I just want something that feels satisfying.

In other words, I hope Gooseworx pulls an Eva instead of a J.J Abrams.

We've never seen more attacks on digital rights than right now.
We've also never had more people paying attention.
That's not a coincidence. Keep pushing.

Thanks to the internet now I see all this kind of graphics as Saddam Hussein.
Very proud to announce that we've finally pushed past the petabyte barrier and delivered over 1 petabyte of Bazzite ISOs in just the last 30 days.

Thank you to everyone that helped make this possible! None of us would be here without you.
