I hate how gut issues have the weirdest co-morbidity symptoms.
But also useful in detecting upcoming problems...
In my case; when my ankles and feet feel like they're inflamed and hurt loads but are not ACTUALLY inflamed means my Crohn's is not far behind to actually act up.
That said. Ow.

Dental hygienist time.
At least after this I'm done until next year. Mostly since my insurance budget has run out and I'd be out of pocket for the full costs of treatment instead of just 20%.
But also the worst of it will all be seen to and January can pick back up.
