Am I desensitized as an American or as a southerner? The way some describe Dean hunting with a gun at 6 as traumatic gets me. Im not a fan of it but grew up with boys hunting young and all of them were excited to learn to handle the weapon. I picture him stoked to learn & traumatized later.
