Another day in America, another random George W. Bush appointee being like "Here's my 30 something page ruling on why this is inherently undemocratic and goes against the very ethos of this great nation", and I am both extremely grateful & cannot wait for a book or comedy film depicting these guys.

My Kalma has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The good news is she is in good health it may be low grade, meaning surgery will drastically improve life expectancy. The bad is it normally costs around $6000 and is time sensitive- things I just do not have.

Canada and other nations need to continue to take steps to prevent white supremacist indoctrination and radicalization. It is, in my opinion, a national security matter that will unfortunately likely become increasingly important in the future. The Internet cannot be a pipeline for this stuff.

Completely un-surprised by this. White supremacy anywhere is a danger to people everywhere, and this is just one of countless instances of a young person being radicalized by online white supremacist content & following in the footsteps of previous Nazi mass shooters.

If people outside BC could heed what the RCMP and the townspeople of Tumbler Ridge are saying instead of boosting news articles that circumvent the express desires of the RCMP or are clearly interested in turning a heinous loss of life into an international discussion, that would be nice.
