Had my second to last appointment with my NP who is leaving in January. He’s the first NP I worked with after getting my bipolar diagnosis & he’s seen me through all the work to get where I am. It’s sort of bittersweet to see him go but I told him he’s going out on a high note considering where I am

Doc review moved over 100 people to a “huge rush” project. They gave us so few docs to start with that we finished the first set in like 18 hours. So they gave us a 2nd set that went just as fast & now we’ve been waiting for a 3rd set since before Christmas 🙃 so I’ve had no work for days

Bumble BFF friend came over today & we made a huge turkey dinner with the turkey she had bought for Thanksgiving but that was too frozen to cook that day. So we had a late Christmas dinner & celebration. It was nice. I can’t remember the last time I had such a nice Christmas celebration 🥰

For the uninitiated: Each of these case citations contains the volume and page where the case is publicly available. So they're redacting a thing but telling you exactly where you can find it. And mostly, they're redacting an abbreviation for which court the case was in, like “S.D.N.Y.”
I have seen DOJ do some strange redactions before, but this is up there:

I just had a conversation this weekend with a friend about filling out those PHQ-9 questionnaires. I have to do them every time I have Spravato & I lie my ass off every time when I get to the question about wanting to off yourself. My psych NP knows but I’ll be damned if I’m putting it on paper
If you’re in crisis I’d strongly advise against reaching out. They have nothing to offer you but locking you in a box and costing you your job.

So my wegovy prior authorization expires in February and I'm terrified they're going to take it away even though I'm not at goal weight yet because my BMI no longer meets the requirement to get approved. So I'm trying to log what I eat to get into the routine to prepare myself
