Everything is a trillion dollars now in Trump land LOL
Fox News credulously reports that "the Saudis now say their investment pledge in the US will be increased to $1 trillion." THE ENTIRE GDP OF SAUDI ARABIA IS $1.1 TRILLION, so this is total nonsense.

One of my ex's besties was a fifth generation heir to a mechanical brand empire. He attended what is widely considered to be the best private high school in the country.

He would tell me that they are told, from a young age, from teachers and staff, that they are a special class. Deserving.

There's never been a better time to volunteer in the community, pick up the torch of activism, meet your neighbours, make a family plan for emergencies and natural disasters, or learn a new skill that diversifies your life plan choices.

A 30 year mortgage of $150,000 at 6% results in an INTEREST of $173,757. Same Rate for 50 years result is $323,764 INTEREST

So instead of just paying a bit more than DOUBLE for your house with a typical 30 Year mortgage, with a 50 year mortgage you would be paying TRIPLE!

Streets in the Ukrainian city of Kherson covered with nets to protect against Russian drones.

If Russia is not stopped, this could become a reality for many cities - and not only in Ukraine.

It’s kinda wild the President is openly corrupt, Nazi sympathizing, and very likely a pedophile—and most Republicans in Congress are still willing to ignore the Constitution whenever he asks.

I have a client who will call me every single day, while she's on her way HERE, to my business, to ask me something.

Every day I struggle to hear her on speaker phone and have to ask her to repeat herself, five minutes later, she walks in the door.
