The consistent comment that’s come up in the sessions and chats with attendees is that — it’s not about using AI about how the way we do the work changes now.

“Anyone here old enough to know what DevOps is”

😆

I must be old because I remember the time before it 🦕

What are you willing to risk for speed?

Quality, latency, security?

Can it be done pragmatically to use it to get signals faster and iterating?

Nicole Forsgren says yes you can

“Foundations will never go out of fashion”

Good architecture, practices, guardrails, reviews are important for successful AI assisted development

Challenge accepted!

I am raising rent funds for a Minneapolis family with four kids. They owe a month of back rent for $3975 total.

Can we make this happen for them today? I believe in us & will post receipts!

CA: $iancoldwater

Please help and share!
Thank you 💛
tomorrow i would really like to challenge a few folks with larger followings than me to adopt a rent and raise it in one day.

my little group chat and my followers have paid like 70 families rents in the past four days. i believe that some of y’all could help us keep one family housed.
today's report:

our "adopt a rent" venmo campaign paid 43 families rents who were at risk of evictions, including several moms of 4+ children

this is the way to get rent paid fast. like. 1000x better than any other way.

It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.
