The Trump administration’s attacks on scientific funding, restrictions on Federal scientist activities, and indiscriminate firing have caused chaos, panic, and harm. Congratulations to @rafaelcr.bsky.social on publishing this paper from his PhD. He assessed seedlings from >70 populations of Douglas-fir from across the range under severe drought experiment and found surprisingly little population differentiation.
