@greateranglia.bsky.social why does topping up a smartcard via your app not link into your ticketing systems? My daughter just had to replace a lost one and the ticket office staff had to jump thru hoops to get it sorted. They said we shouldn't buy via app! Ridiculous.

This sums it up for me. X had just become a cesspool. Whenever I tried to engage with anyone, they automatically started abusing me as a 'Far left commie, traitor, woke' etc. No desire to discuss or debate. Just to shout loudest and rudest. Awful.
I am surprised how much I’m enjoying Bluesky.
It feels like I’ve been sat next to the away fans at football match for the last two years and have now walked home to my local pub.
I still don’t agree with everyone, but at least they are not calling me a w******.

Decided to make the leap from the festering shithole over here. My first impression is 'wow... I wonder how long before they get sued by the festering shithole's owner'. It really is VERY similar, in many ways. People seem nicer tho.
