Okay, folks! You’ve done a lot to help Lane survive this pneumonia financially. However, not only is this treatment expensive, but we have crossed into a new year. That means insurance resets and he will probably be on the hook for 2 out of pocket maxes. Let’s make sure he can cover that + bills.

They filed it with the DC Circuit Court, but filed a courtesy copy with the District Court as well.
Did the government file their petition for a writ of mandamus in the district court rather than the circuit court? It seems to be ECF 206 in the district court. Or is it usual practice to file a petition like this with both courts?
