I am invested in the tiger as a character on this show. They have a decent sound board of big cat noises for him to express emotions in scenes. He clearly has opinions. I'm waiting for his plotline to come up again. It's ghastly and a bit of a tone shift from the rest of the show
The tiger has this insane side plot in the second episode that I kept expecting to interact with the other characters but .. no... He's leading a rich, fulfilling life on his own

Watching the 1999 Beast Master tv show. These people know exactly what they're doing. They contrived a good reason for the beast master to oil up his body in the opening episode

I've had to mute a channel I liked in a discord because now it's filled with people effectively live blogging their reactions to podcasts from several years ago, acting like we should all know what they're talking about. It's miserable

Well, back to thinking about What If Power Rangers never reset the storyline? What if every season needed a justification for blending one team into the next?
Had a rough with work and so my brain decided a fun thought exercise was coming up with a Power Rangers “X-Force” style team and here’s where I landed:

I wish I was into play by post as a method of enjoying ttrpgs. Maybe if it was a simple system and/or I wasn't the GM, but I had a physical reaction the last time I tried setting up a pbp game years ago

Now that I've seen both, I really appreciate that Superman and FF: First Steps were self contained movies that are open but not dependent on other movies. And they view superheroes more as rescuers than fighters
