Of course, some of this is necessary and useful, and I don’t actually hate any specific thing in every instance. But the problem is we just have so many of them, instead of getting good at some subset, we have to do all of them because people bring them from their past company

He is. 34 democracies allow some form of postal voting. That goes up to 54 if you include voting from abroad.
