They should do adaptive reuse. Google is in the middle of revamping the Thompson Center in Chicago. Dallas could do the same.

The curtain wall and rain screen is almost done on Google's #Chicago headquarters. Here's a look back at some of the laborers hanging glass and working on the Thompson Center's oculus late this summer. Been a blast documenting this project from all over the structure. Can't wait to share more.

I found these pics from Elite Tuner Illinois in 2023, and I can’t just let them collect dust on my hard drive. This was my last trip to Rockford Speedway before the demolition.

It was a last minute decision, and I’m so glad I made the trip.

I noticed that there were a lot of black Mazdas at Wekfest in Chicago. RX-7s and Miatas are celebrated sports cars, but they share surprisingly little considering that the NA and FD came out around the same time.
