I found these pics from Elite Tuner Illinois in 2023, and I can’t just let them collect dust on my hard drive. This was my last trip to Rockford Speedway before the demolition.

It was a last minute decision, and I’m so glad I made the trip.

I noticed that there were a lot of black Mazdas at Wekfest in Chicago. RX-7s and Miatas are celebrated sports cars, but they share surprisingly little considering that the NA and FD came out around the same time.

I took my Miata out for the first time this year. The car is really solid, but I’ve still got big plans for it. My first delivery of parts arrived, and I got accepted for Wekfest Chicago!

I made a brief stop at the annual toy drive at Burdi in December. Car meets are rare at this time of year, but this has consistently been one of the premiere events in the area.
